New acquisition - Accent Business Technology

In October 2010, CPS Technology Group announced its acquisition of Accent Business Technology, based in Sydney and Wollongong, NSW. Accent Business Technology is a certified Microsoft Partner; Telstra preferred Enterprise partner; NEC business partner; Cisco select partner; and Acer Gold partner. Its organisation is well known for offering the highest quality of Managed Services, Integrated Communications solutions, Call centre solutions, Corporate IT solutions, Mobility and Unified Communications solutions across a range of business sectors.

Since the acquisition, CPS Technology Group have been working hard and we have successfully integrated the two Sales and Service Delivery groups into one consolidated team.

CallXpress 8.11 release

CPS Technology Group is pleased to announce the release of CallXpress 8.11. This new release includes key features designed to facilitate a seamless migration for Kinesis and Repartee for Windows customers to CallXpress 8.11.  Other new features include:

- Unified Messaging for Microsoft Exchange 2010

- Security – Client applications now use SSL by default

- Virtualisation – Support for more than one call server VM per physical server to minimise downtime during updates.

- Additional Integrations:

  • Updated Avaya Communication Manager SIP with support for Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.0;
  • Tadiran Coral iPX SIP Trunk;
  • Qualified Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CallManager) SCCP 8.0.
