The CPS Technology Group Help Desk offers the highest grade of service available in our industry. We benchmark our response times, operational hours, fix times and charges to ensure our customers receive real value. Our preferred method of contact is by telephone, for urgent faults, or by email for less urgent queries/issues. The help desk is available 24 x7. Contracts are available for business hours; extended hours and 24 x 7, with varying SLA’s. You can e-mail our help desk between 8:30 am & 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
