INTEGRATOR OVERVIEW
CPS has developed a powerful, flexible and highly versatile communications platform called Integrator, which can be used to deliver custom designed applications ranging from speech recognition applications and SMS messaging products to transaction based DTMF IVR's or CPS’ own feature rich Unified Messaging products (Lite and Enterprise) and Front Desk Auto Attendant application.
The multi-application design means that the software based Integrator Platform is capable of playing host to a number of independent applications simultaneously on a single server (or multiple servers using the IP connectivity to dynamically load share traffic), via VoIP, analogue or digital trunks.
