INTEGRATOR PLATFORM
The base that supports the
feature-rich messaging ‘systems’, known as Integrator Enterprise and Integrator
Lite, is commonly referred to as the Platform. The Platform is the backbone of the
Integrator products and has many configurations and settings of its own; however
once the Platform is installed and configured, it is highly unlikely that anyone
will need to make changes to it. In fact the majority of the operational ‘System’
Administration will be done through the Lite / Enterprise Maintenance and Configurations
menus in the web based Admin GUI.
ABOUT THE INTEGRATOR PRODUCTS - LITE AND ENTERPRISE
Both the Lite and
Enterprise
products can provide professionally answered calls 24 X 7. Callers are provided
with exceptional customer service, and Users are supported by being given feature-rich
and versatile tools to handle their business calls efficiently and effectively.
The system features can be managed by Administrators and to a certain extent Users
themselves, via a Telephone User Interface (TUI) or a web based Graphical User Interface
(GUI). The main Administration of the system is via a GUI although; for flexibility
and convenience, some settings can be managed through the TUI.

INTEGRATOR FEATURE SET DESCRIPTIONS
Your Integrator Server will
have particular functionality, which will be largely governed by or related to what
product is installed (I.E. Lite or
Enterprise
). Due to the feature set available with ‘Enterprise’,
there is an optional FrontDesk feature that can be supported, where required, to
further enhance the overall system functionality by providing auto attendant capability
using a speech recognition based IVR.
Below is a description of
the feature sets referred to on the previous page.
iVOICE
This feature set provides
the ‘voice interface’ between the Users and the Integrator system (Lite/Enterprise).
iVoice is also referred to as the Telephone User Interface (TUI). Integrator Voice
‘talks’ to Users by ‘speaking’ prompts, and then (through the User’s key presses)
determines what option is chosen. Each product,
Enterprise
and Lite has over 500 individual prompts, which are played alone, or with other
prompts, to communicate with the Users and provide them access to interact with
and control various functions within the systems.
iMESSENGER
The iMessenger feature set
interfaces between the telephone system (PABX) and the User’s Mailbox. Messenger
to identify the type of incoming call (for example, direct from a User, or diverted
from a User’s telephone), and determines how it needs to handle the various call
types (I.E. what greeting to play, what action to take, such as ‘record a message’
or present a ‘personalised menu’ etc.).
iNOTIFICATIONS (iREMINDER)
The iNotifications
feature set provides real-time
or scheduled notification of messages to Users. Notification is accomplished
by either; SMS, fax to a nominated fax machine or calling out to a nominated telephone
number(fixed or mobile). Notifications can be configured using the User Web GUI
or TUI and Users will need to ensure that they have they required permissions.
CONTACTS
Integrator Enterprise
provides Contacts funtionality in two 2 ways. If an Email server is connected to
Integrator and it is the primary source of Contact data, Integrator Enterprise allows
Users to access their Contacts information via the TUI as well as make it possible
to enhance their callers experience by personalising greetings or general call handling
based on known information supplied by their Contacts data. (This is dependent on
the PABX integration and capability).
The other way is where no Email server
is integrated, Enterprise allos you to store Contacts information locally and although
governed by the same PABX constraints as mentioned above, allows all of the same
feature benefits as previously stated for Email integrated systems.
CALENDARS
Integrator
Enterprise
can provide yet another range of feature benefits when it has access to your Calendar
information. This feature allows you to create, manage and utilise dynamic greetings
depending on what type of appointment is current when callers ring you. For example,
if your Calendar shows you in a meeting till 4pm, you greeting message will include
conveying your unavailablility due to your meeting as well as advise when your meeting
is likely to conclude. Thus allowing your callers to be better appriased of your
pending availablity.
iFRONTDESK
The optional iFrontDesk feature set
uses speech-recognition to allow
your callers’ to direct their own enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Integrator iFrontDesk simply prompts your customers, staff, partners
or suppliers to ‘say’ the name of the person, or department, they wish to speak
to or contact, and then transfers their call accordingly. It utilises the same speech
recognition technology as
Enterprise
and can be a very
useful addition to the overall commercial value of the Integrator
system. For further
