  OVERVIEW  
 

Integrator FrontDesk is a "state of the art" speech recognition application which allows a caller to simply "speak" the name of the person or department they wish to be transferred to. Using this spoken request, Front Desk accurately routes the call.

Front Desk takes the load off your receptionist or switchboard operator. Front Desk can be installed in front of the switchboard or as an overflow for busy switchboards.

The caller doesn't need to do anything more than talk - no buttons to press, no menus to work through.

It’s smart too.

  • No initial set-up is required, as FrontDesk generates its phone directory from the names and telephone numbers already entered into a company’s Microsoft Exchange Server or other common directory servers..
  • Callers are offered options such as leaving a message for the person, transferring to their personal assistant or cell phone
  • Callers are informed of the person's availability based on that person's calendar
  • An alias facility is available to allow speech recognition on nicknames or commonly used abbreviated names.

The FrontDesk module can run independently of either  Integrator Unified Messaging products, Lite or Enterprise
